It has been tiring for the past couple of days. Starting on Sunday, I went over to meet Namirah and Huimin and went to the wet market to buy stuff for the chalet. The wet market was like so crowded and everyone was just crowding around to buy food. Went over to Namirah's then to bake cupcakes for our classmates. It was a new recipe but I think we pulled it off well as everyone said it was tasty in the end. First time trying out the icing decoration but I sort of screwed it up so I stopped to prevent further distruction.
Then came Monday. Went to school early in the morning for the adventure learning for OCP Cambodia trip. The people there seemed to be really nice but it was a really tiring morning and we had to go for lecture after that. It was until recipe modification when I noticed that my knowledge of stuff is not that good. Like we were deciding what to omit from a Cambodian dish and it was so hard. Not sure how it will turn out but anyways we'll try cooking during practical next week so hope that it comes out well. Now thinking about the progress of the OCP trip, its going to be very tiring and I can't imagine going there for 6 days. Going to miss so many poeple and I guess its time for me to learn to be more independant. Anyway, me and Huimin sat Ms Sherlin's car down to the chalet and the talks between teachers were amusing. The chalet was fine overall just that there were issues for food and stuff and the bad thing about it is that only 3 people (including me) stayed in the chalet for the 2nd night! T.T Kinda sian there as well. But Aloha Loyang chalet definitely has very nice facilities there. Very homey feel and there is actually like space because everytime attending chalets, the problem is that the place is too small and stuff. Slept on the 2nd night but I'm still super duper tired right now. And my stomach is not feeling that well and there have been complains from other classmates about having diahhrea. Hope everyone will be alright. Actually much more happened on the chalet but I'm totally lazy to blog about it. Going to turn in early today!
