Korean BBQ!

34
The highlight of today was the korean BBQ that I gobbled down for dinner! I went down to Tampines 1 to meet Charlene, Amanda and Amanda's cousin and before entering the shop, they were saying that they heard very positive comments about this korean BBQ restaurant. Until around 1-2 years ago, korean cuisine seems to be super underated and it seemed to be rare to come across a korean restaurant in Singapore. Well, thats my opinion and maybe I'm wrong because I am not really very observant. However, now of days, korean BBQ is getting more and more common and more stores are setting up all over the island!

This is like a joy to me because I totally love korean BBQ food as I feel that it is more yummy and interesting than normal BBQ-ing. Why so? Korean BBQ includes this super yummy thing known as lettuce wrap. Even for anti-veg people like me, this thing is simply irresistible. Especially when you include kimchi, which is my all-time fav, inside, it is really really delicious. The only downside of lettuce wrap is that you've to open your mouth wide open to stuff the entire wrap into your mouth at once so that all the yummy-ness gets in together and that is really unglamourous, especially when you're in public. But in my opinion, I simply don't care. But the kimchi water totally dripped onto my white shirt today, damn. Overall, it's a really nice restaurant and definitely a must-try for korean food lovers. ;)

And and, after sitting for more than an hour, we went for frolick! Yummy yum yum!

Actually, I was alittle hesitant when Charlene invited me to eat all these because... it's only Monday! And almost half of my pocket money is like... gone. Oh gosh, how am I to survive this week. But all that thought all lost to my strong thought of awesome korean food so I simply ate all that without hesitation in the end.

Other news, it's is a pity because after a period of around... 3 weeks, there have been signs of brownish colour on my hair and the blue is completely gone! I've totally given up because so many people are so insistant that my hair is not dark blue but black. On second thoughts though, I seriously think I look better with brown hair and these days I miss my brown hair so much that I think that I want the colour to fade as fast as possible! Crazy me, who actually hopes that the new dye colour would fade fast. Tired now, going to turn in early tonight. I hope ;)
