Today, I felt something that I haven't feel for some time now. That's going out with my family and truly truly spend the day without any worries about anything. And I managed to fulfill many wants that I had placed on my wishlist for months. For yummy yummy food, I ate the aesome Boston Clam Chowder at Soup Spoon, awesome natural flavour yoghurt from Yami Yoghurt, awesome Mashed Potato with Cheese at Ireland's Potato and ended off with my favourite Tom Yam glass noodles from ThaiExpress. Yes, I am freaking pampered and I admit that. But it's not as if I cant enjoy like this everyday, once school reopens, there will be worries, there will be stress, and there will NOT be any time for any of these :( Headed over the Bugis street, the place I love to shop at. I know everyone always say that everything there is like repeated and there's nothing nice but if you really walk around and explore shop by shop, there actually are stuff that some shops have that others don't. Today, I learnt that because I went around the 3 floors round and round to hunt the baseball jacket that I wanted for months months months! I found like 3 stores but 2 were like from stores selling male clothing. I think may have sounded like an idiot when I refused to buy from these stores and my sister told me that there was nothing wrong. But after experiencing many times when people mistake you for a guy, I think it's important for me for where I buy my clothing from! I don't even know if that really makes sense but that's the reason I give myself. I refused to be seen as a guy, even for a second! Anyway, I finally found the jacket and I bought it from the only store, that sells female clothing, in the entire Bugis street. The colours were like so nice for all and I just told myself that I should totally try all to see which colour combination suited me. I did and I think the saleslady was annoyed because so many other customers had entered and exited the shop and I was still there fussing over which I should buy. But I didn't really care. For an awesome baseball jacket!! I also bought the mini bowtie that I wanted ever since I saw it like months ago. It was like so cute that I knew I had to have it, especially since most of the clothes I wear suits it. And I bought it cheap at $7. Before that, I went around Bugis Junction and it was $12.90 (WHAT!?). Got it cheap cheap cheap. ;)
Moving to Tampines where I ate my dinner, we entered the beautiful sparkly store Swarovski and there I saw it! The super beautiful pen that I wanted since months ago too (I know I have too many wants) and there was my favourite colour too. Today, that wish was fulfilled as I got it! Ohmygosh!
Okay, I feel super happy but really should limit all these buying because I guess I spent a bomb today. Need to save!
