Tomorrow is the start of a new week of school and I'm so not ready for it. Feeling so tired after the legoland trip...
Legoland felt bigger than USS which was a really good thing. I've always thought that it will be really boring because the rides were labelled as for 12 and below. Hence, I had quite low expectations about the trip and I thought we had to just follow my young nephew and nieces around and take care of them like how my parents do. The rides turned up... more thrilling than I thought. People were just smiling and riding them as though there was no biggie but when I was actually up there, it felt really different and I screamed. Really loudly. We only took 2 rides which are the normal mini rollercoaster in this cart that looked like transformers and the water boat ride.
One thing that I missed alot iscarnival games that I used to win loads and loads of toys from before at escape theme park before it got closed down. But there were quite a few carnival games at Legoland as well and I tried but failed to get the adorable round and furry sheep and the big cute tigerr.
In the middle of the park was a huge exhibition of different country's landmarks and there were all made from lego! It's a really amazing thing right there in front of my eye and all I could think is, how long did the people take to complete the whole damn thing? There were even boats floating on the water and there were strings attached in the water to pull the boat around.
Aside from the dreamlike effects that I love to use in photos I upload, the original picture is actually quite bright because it was freaking hot there. It may be even hotter than USS. And yes, despite warnings from my dear friends who had been there, I did not bother using sunscreen or shield myself from the blazing hot sun and thus.... I got sunburnt :( Well, I have to say that unlike other times when I got sunburnt in weird places (Like only my nose) and got made into a laughing stock, I got burnt on the neck and a little on the cheek. Luckily, it was not as bad as the others.
After legoland, I was exhausted but we went back to holiday inn to shop and I got some clothes and stuff and... its feels so good to be pampered once again. I know I may sound like some spoilt brat but such times do not come by often, especially when most of the time I'm stuck at home or in campus to rush deadlines.
Second day! Which was today, we went down to Johor Premium Outlet where all the different popular brands such as COACH, G2000, Cotton On, Pedro, Nike, Adidas, Timberland as much more have their factory outlet. It looked like a really beautiful and ideal shopping district with short brick buildings and thank god it was not as hot as the day before.
After shopping for sometime, I finally decided to buy....
It's a button jacket that was designed by the awesome and one and only.... Jeremy Scott! This amazing designer always impresses me with his unique, stylo and awesome designs that I always liked. After searching more about this cool jacket, I found pictures of Nicki Minaj, 2NE1's ParkBom and Katy Perry wearing the exact same jacket! All are singers that I admire. I am glad I chose this one even though it is actually heavier than normal jackets but I was simply too amazed that I don't care.
It was amazing that this Adidas outlet had a corner for Jeremy Scott's products. There were 2 more jackets that I felt was a must have which are the bright blue with white stars jacket that I've seen 2NE1's CL worn before and this white and black music note jacket. In the end, none of them won the fight against the button one! Pricing wise, I feel thatI was lucky because the original price was RM699.00 (Approximately SGD279.60) but there was a huge discount and I got it just for.... RM209.00 (Approxiamtely SGD83.60)!
Another thing that is at the top ofthe must-have list from Jeremy Scott's designs would be... the tuxedo shoes!
Just hope that that day will come!
Also, it is confirmed that I'll be leaving for US on 14 March to 24 March 2013! Looking forward to it.
