Alright, today's movie was Oz the Great and Powerful! If I'm not wrong or if I don't have any recollection, I've never watched the original fairy tale it was adapted from which was The Wizard of Oz.
But I'm not so clueless of the original because I know they have characters like a lion, a tinman, a scarecrow and of course, the wizard. Even though I haven't seen the original, I know this adaption is nothing like it in a way because the main characters are not the same.
Anyways, this movie has famous actor/actresses such as James Franco (Spiderman), Mila Kunis (Ted) and Rachel Weisz (The mummy) and many more!
The movie was humorous and it was very long (131 minutes, 2 hours and 11 minutes to be exact). Although I think James is a good actor, he didn't seem to suit the character of the wizard in the movie but over it's not too bad that he would fail for the character.
Overall, not a bad movie to watch and I would rate it 3.5/5 :)
