T.G.I.F! I'm back at home all happy and looking forward to the weekend ahead. Even though I've spent just too much on clothing in US and would be taking a short break from shopping for now (I know won't last long!), nothing's ever stopping me for hunting for more gorgeous pieces of clothing!
I was scrolling randomly on Facebook and I came across the latest collection from H&M and it's the new Icon collection!
It's really my style and I just love every single thing they are wearing especially the second girl from the right's skirt. Macchiam sexy plain black skirt looks glamorous with the shoessss plus the plain white top. Most fav outfit of all.
Another side view of my fav outfit
Why do you look so awesome?
I think I'll buy this when I see it!
The one that was right before this collection was the Conscious collection which is I think, made up of recycled clothes. Read from somewhere that H&M actually reward people for returning unwanted clothes and with I don't know what magic they turned those clothing into......................
Tada~ It's pretty and the pictures are a few out of the many. These pieces are the ones that I really love but unfortunately I did not see any of them when I was in US except maybe the one in the first picture but that light green is just not my colour :( To my displeasure. Would love to get the white tube top with white pants though. I've not seen it in stores. -.-
I don't know when I had a shift in clothes I prefer but since I am working now, it would be rare for me to have opportunities to dress up except for weekends. I prefer short flared skirts now and I just bought this dark red one for only $16 recently from blogshop! Super chio and I'm going to wear it tomorrow.
Anyway, back to the topic on H&M, I've loved H&M ever since I found out about it's existence which was when it opened in Orchard (not very long ago I think). I think I can say confidently that it is my favourite clothing shop to date because I just have temptation to buy at least 2 things everytime I step in!
Plus, the H&M in the US was really cheap and I think I spent around $200+ on this shop alone which was around the same amount spent in Forever 21 but I would never ever spent that same amount of money on Forever 21 in Singapore because almost everything is super overpriced. People who have not been to US wouldn't know but I think people like me who went US to grab and grab Forever 21 stuff would never ever buy anything from the store in Singapore ever again. Really overpriced for MOST stuff (I never say all har).
I don't know how long I would be able to restrain myself from shopping for the next... I don't know, 2 months? The feeling of shopping for gorgeous stuff is just too awesome.
And the funny thing was, that time after I returned from US and was going out with my sis, Yanling and Charlene to watch The Host, everything on me, Yanling and Charlene were either from H&M or Forever 21. Hahaa. The source of my clothes in my wardrobe are so going to be predictable from now on. If it's not H&M, it's Forever 21, if not, it's Cotton On, if not, it's from Charlotte Russe. It's confirm one from that list!
Looking forward to the weekend ahead, signing off! ;)
