Its a bright beautiful Sunday and I want to rant about my favourite movie of all time! Yup, the title of the post says it all. My favourite movie is The Last Song!
The main cast of the movie is Miley Cyrus as Veronica 'Ronnie' L Miller & the handsome Liam Hemsworth as Will Blakelee. Not that I don't like the main leads but I find Liam Hemsworth's smile alittle weird sometimes as it doesn't really reach his eyes and it's something like Kristen Stewart's but anyways he is handsome lah so doesn't matter~ xD Many people would always look at Miley Cyrus and think that she is like those kind of fairytale princess that acts in movie for kids because of her image from Hannah Montanna but hey, The Last Song is a very deep movie.
I remember my friend recommending it to me and I simply wanted to just watch to pass time in the school library during a long break. But hey, I was literally crying in the school library watching this. Yes, you can imagine how embarrassing that was! But I really did. So yup! If you decide to watch it for the first time after reading this, you would need loads and loads of tissue. AND YES, I MEAN IT BECAUSE I DON'T CRY WHEN I WATCH MOVIES BUT I DID WHEN I WATCHED THE LAST SONG. SUMMARY: Basically the story is about rebellious Ronnie Miller (of course Miley Cyrus) who was shipped to spend time with her father (whom is divorced from her mother). So she hates her father for leaving the family and as time passed she fell in love with a local boy called will (Liam Hemsworth). But even though she hated her father, they had a similiar interest which was music and it was music that brought them together again but she uncovers a devastating secret of her father's later in the movie.
Okay lah, I tried to not put any spoilers but from the movie title and me saying you will cry, you can sort of tell what would happen. It may be predictable, BUT, even though I have watched the movie many many times, I still tear up no matter what. :') Because I'm someone who fast forward movies if I have watch them before, even if I just start watching at the ending I will still cry. Yes, it's that bad. But I love love love this movie and I think everyone should watch it. (P.S. Full movie is available on Youtube) Oh! And and, there are nice songs in the movie such as 'She will be Loved' by Maroon 5 & 'When I look At You' by Miley Cyrus. If you haven't heard 'When I look At You', you should! It's a powerful ballad and it's one of my fav soundtrack songs too!
Watch this movie okay!? I rate it 6/5 hahahaha. Signing off! ;)
