It has been like more than a week since Macdonalds have been selling the Despicable Me minions as a Happy Meal toy and apparently the minion thing got more crazy than the Hello Kitty one that was right before it. Just when I thought that things can never be more crazy when I watched how ridiculous the people were on the news for the limited edition Hello Kitty. Actually I don't really know it it's more crazy lah but I believe that there is a video going around the net that shows like people queuing super long outside Macdonalds and the moment the shuttles of the shop like half opened, they all totally ignored the queue and ran to get under the shuttles. Can you believe it? All running for what? A Happy Meal toy -.- And I think this is even more crazy than the Hello Kitty one is because ALOT of my friends/people I follow on Instagram began posting pictures of the toys. I'm not saying this because I'm jealous cus I haven't gotten any yet. A simple photo of the minion is fine, no biggie. The really annoying thing is they take multiple photos of the minions from different angles and keep spamming like nobody's business. Suddenly, the minions are supermodels. Okay before this post turns into a Macdonald minion rant, I actually LOVE the Despicable Me minions. How much I love them? Well, I annoy my mum everyday by singing the minion version of 'I Swear' more than 10 times a day and chant the famous 'BEE DOH BEE DOH' when she ignores me gahahahaha. So just weeks ago, I stumbled this really cute picture on Facebook. I think it was from Teenage magazine but I'm just too lazy to go get a copy so I grabbed the photo from Facebook.
So cute eh? I think I love Dave and Kevin the most hahahaha. And Despicable Me also has an app called 'Minion Rush' which is like the Despicable Me version of 'Temple Run'. I have played it for weeks and can never pass the first round. It's like super hard lor! Or maybe it's just me lah :/ I am praying hard hard hard that they release a Despicable Me 3 lor! So many people went to watch the 2nd movie and the response are mostly positive so if there is a 3rd, they can earn more also right!? Hopefully thats the case lah. Seriously can never get enough of them. WHY ARE MINIONS NOT REAL? :(
Anyway, Universal Studios Orlando apparently has a Despicable Me ride in the theme park! The ride is called Minion Mayhem and its a 3-D ride where you 'turn' into a minion hahaha. If only that's true right!? Hahahahaha. If I turn into a minion, I'll admire myself in the mirror day and night lor. One more to-go in the long list, hope to go there someday! There's still work for me to do for now though, so BYE!
