Hi Hi & Hi~ It's a wonderful day and it has been a long time since I've talked about fashion stuff right? So my hands a little itchy now, I feel like ranting now so here goes! Today, the fashion icon is none other than leader CL~~~~
I've been a fan of 2NE1 ever since they have debuted in 2009 and one factor of them you can never miss is their fashion choices. To be exact, leader CL actually plays quite a huge part in their dressing up and she is often seen in the craziest outfits BUT she is about to pull them off as though its nothing.
In the fashion world, I think not many people are able to pull off everything they lay their hands on. Like me lah, for example. A floral dress would look super wrong on me :(
SO! In my opinion, CL is one of the very few people who can. To do so, I believe they process a form of charisma and confidence. In addition, some people just can't rock some colours they wear on them. Well, this is all my opinion okay? FYI, I'm no fashion consultant so you can ignore all my thinking if you want uh ;)
First and foremost, the button outfit that I love love love! I remember I had a button craze like a long time ago but this outfit is just awesome! Oh and incase you're wondering, the buttons are really sewn on the outfit, not printed okay! Because of this, the jacket is actually quite heavy. How do I know? Because I have a piece on my own! ;)

I got this beautiful piece (only the jacket) for about SGD$190-$200 (Yes, I know, a bomb!) from the Malaysia Adidas factory outlet. I admit, I have not worn this jacket out before ever since I got it about 1-2 years ago but I have NEVER regretted getting it! I took this picture like in a rush so I was still wearing my own 'home clothes' hahaha. Aiya, the main thing is the jacket so keep your eyes there only okay!
Moving on~
These are some of the more outstanding outfits that I love. They are all Jeremy Scott's designs and by me loving all of them, yes, I love Jeremy Scott too. Talking about pulling off outfits, I doubt that I will ever be able to pull of any of these outfits and I say that with utter confidence :(
The thing about CL is that she not extremely thin like some other Korean stars or some fashion models I've seen before. It's nice to have a thin waist but overdoing it would be really scary sometimes because it would make you look like you're going to die in photos even though the outfit is nice.
The model plays a huge part in bringing the outfit to life! I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me :)
Could you tell? These are all CL! I bet people are probably saying that it's crazy and maybe she looks like big bird from Sesame Street but I bet that none of the people saying that would be able to pull it off better than her.
Before you think this outfit is ridiculous in the first place to begin with, fashion has NO BOUNDARIES.
Last outfit to share for this entry. This was at the O'live OnStyle Style Icon Awards 2010 and 2NE1 attended the red carpet all in Jeremy Scott's works with him wearing his cute bear shoes. The limelight was CL's hanger dress and if I see this hanging on any shelf in a store one day, I would buy it no matter how expensive it is because I love this piece ALOT!
This shows that you don't need a very complicated outfit with many colours for it to stand out. This piece is only like a piece of cloth around CL's body connected to a hanger that has Jeremy Scott's name on it. Still classy and appropriate.
Alright~ So that's all the fashion ranting for today. Actually there are many many more outfits I love that she has worn but I guess I'll leave it till next time before this post gets too long! Love CL and Jeremy Scott! Signing off~~ ;)
