Good afternoon~ Last Saturday, my family was shopping around Orchard because I was super insistent on going to the flea market over at Scape. Yeah, so I dragged my parents and sister there hahahaa. While passing by Cineleisure Orchard, there was a preview of the haunted house from the USS Halloween event this year and my sister actually told me to go in to have like a warmup for the actual one in USS but I was just too scared to go in alone. Yes, I'm going for the Halloween event at USS this year on the 18th.
For any reader who wants to grab cheap tickets, you can hop down to the booth at Cineleisure Orchard where tickets are priced at SGD$50/ticket for students. The normal price is SGD$60/ticket for early birds and the normal rate after that is SGD$68/ticket so it's really cheap to buy it there! Simply flash your student card and each card is entitled to buy 6 tickets at the student rate. I don't think the booth selling tickets is there everyday but they will definitely be there during the weekends!

This post is suppose to be for food as the title shows hahaha. I suppose I will be doing some food reviews from now on. But I'm no professional so all that I say are based on my opinion as a normal regular customer.
Togi is a Korean restaurant and if I'm not wrong they have different kinds of branches around Singapore. The one we went was at Triple One mall, Orchard and there is another branch known as Togi 71 located in Chinatown.
Togi serves many varieties of Korean food especially the pancakes, stews and BBQ food! During our visit, we ordered the stew once again because it's too freaking nice and awesome that we order it every time we visit (first time at Orchard, several times at Chinatown).
They serve us tiny bowls of porridge as an appetizer
Don't think its really huge just because it is like that in the picture
It's because I took it up close ;)
Delicious stew that has sausages, rice cakes, mushrooms, luncheon meat
and maggie mee that tastes the best
All my favourite ingredients all-in-one with the perfect soup base!
Something new we tried was the pancake on the left
Honestly, it looks really meh right?
Actually, it's super super awesome
I am guilty of looking down on it at first and
then at the end I was the one finishing it all up
Yumzzz :D
Something new as well that we tried from them was none other than...
SAMGYUPSAL (pork belly)
which is also one of the common Korean food that people consume
It was really funny because the waitress was telling me that it is super super spicy when I told her I want the spicy one. When it came I thought it looks mehh but when I ate one, it was super duper spicy! But I was super insistent to finish it all because it was so delicious that I had to use lettuce wrap almost all the way until I gobbled everything down lololol.
Moi and me sis~
She looked super forced lah because I was asking her for a photo
when she was so focused on her food
Hehehehehehehe!
Out of all the Korean restaurants I have visited so far in Singapore, this is definitely the best one besides Seoul Yummy (which is also mega awesome)! The service is also really good as the boss/lady boss are really Korean and would go table to table to ask if the food is to our liking. Honestly, you can hardly find any restaurants in Singapore that have such good service. The only downside is that it may be a little pricey but its a good place to go for celebration feasts. Prices vary around SGD$10-20 per dish but they serve really huge portions so there is no need to worry if you won't be full.
What's more, Togi is located in Triple One mall (somewhere across the road from Scape) that has not many people there so it is usually not so crowded. BUT, if you want to eat at Togi, it is best to make reservations before going as their indoor tables are usually fully booked. We were lucky that day because we went early. If you really love Korean food like me, you have to give it a try!
