Hello Hello Hello~ Just last Sunday I took a breather and it felt like a long time since I watched a movie so I caught Ender's Game with ma sis. The movie looks really like The Hunger Games only in a high tech form and I did not even watch the trailer before watching the movie. The only thing I knew was that the reviews were kind of great so why not?

Summary of the story by me:
Ender's Game looks into the future 70 years after an alien invasion that almost wiped out the entire human race. Determined that the aliens would be back one day, the military recruits children to find a new hope. Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) is a genius who gets bullied by others in the Battle school due to his brilliant mind. However, he moved up to Command school quickly and soon becomes the key to saving mankind.
Despite the word 'game' in the title, this show is definitely NOT a game. Well, it's similar in this way to The Hunger Games (sorry but I can't help but compare bits and pieces). It really showed what the world would be like in the future and also raised some moral questions (not gonna spoil anything~).
Overall it's an above average movie to me. Not just average and not exactly great. It reflects a little on how games go with all the strategy and all but just in a more serious situation. Also, the main lead, Asa Butterfield, did a great job in portraying the character which was a huge plus point for the movie. Recommended to watch, doesn't fall low on expectations :) Rating 4/5.
