Moving on to Saturday, yesterday. Due to some module I have this semester, I am FORCED to dye my hair back to my natural colour, black. Total sadness when I heard about the news and I was super hesitant yesterday before I entered the salon.
But I did it anyway~ Once again, it's back to JYJY hair salon and I know I can completely depend on hairstylist Ricky Khor once again to handle my hair. He is like super nice as usual and keep asking if I want to eat or drink anything.
One day before hair dye-ing
I was super sian and whenever I look at my blonde highlights,
I get more 'heartbroken' T.T

I wore monochrome that day on purpose. It has actually been only around 3-4 months with my blonde highlights and I actually miss them already. I was told that my black hair dye will NOT fade off and I would have to bleach my hair the next time I want to dye it :(
And this time, I went for treatment as well after Ricky recommended that I do it too. My hair was super dry and damaged after the previous bleaching and bathing became a nightmare as it was super hard to wash my hair. Normally I wouldn't go for treatment because it costs quite a bomb or I would hesitate for a really really long time but this time it's because of the bleached damage and the salon gave me a huge discount that made me super happy! How healthy my hair feels right now is one of the things consoling me now.
After dye-ing, I hated it at first. Honestly. Well, maybe I still hate it, I don't know. I was super unwilling to look at myself in the mirror because it was so weird. It has been ages since I've had black hair (previously before blonde highlights, it was brown). But I remember that Jet Black hair used to be kind of a trend and I once wanted to it badly too.
And and! Another consoling point is that 2NE1's leader CL recently dye-d her hair Jet black and it looks super good on her so I'm kind of comforted cuz I have the same hair colour as her muahahaha! And I love her so much that it actually makes me feel somehow better okay~
Damn, how can she look so fine with such normal coloured hair!
Well, about the hair, I have no idea how to take it all in now. Ma sis told me I look more obedient and good (yeah, she said I looked rebellious in a way previously, bleh). I swear when I looked in the mirror right after Ricky dried my hair, the first thing that came into my mind is that I am not 19, I'm 29! I guess time is the only thing that can make me think otherwise. My mum told me I look good and more refreshed but hey, all mother's think their children are pretty right!? Hahahaha.
That's all for ma birthday. A pretty simply way of passing it this year but I love it because I have my friends and family by my side. A big thank you for the wishes that everyone gave to me. It may be a few simple words but they definitely touched my heart. I love it when friends write personal messages to me. Well, I guess everyone loves to be treated specially personally right?
A new year ahead as someone older by a year. Here I go!
