What's upppp! It's finally 21st November 2013 and today is marked on my calendar because of 2 main things: 2NE1's Missing You MV is finally out and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire just hit the cinemas!
I've seen the MV and it was amazing and as YG mentioned, it definitely touched my heart. Not just the music that was as usual good, the video just has so much art and it had this element in it that made it all so beautiful.

As usual pulling off a new hairstyle with the feathers. With her soothing voice, it matched the song well like how it did for 'Lonely'.
MINZY Same age as me... Well I always look at her and feel so talentedless when she has such a unique and beautiful voice. Even though she is 10 years younger than Bommie and Dara, she dressed more maturely but still looks somewhat young as well. Love her voice and the song will not be good if she didn't kick start everything!

The song definitely went a level higher with her voice. Well, actually any song would take a step further with her voice. Unlike most 2NE1 songs, her voice is gentle unlike the usual strong but it still blended in beautifully~
It's not clear but in the scene that CL rips the black stockings off

Beautiful as always. She takes the artsy level of the music video to a whole new level. During the Double Park TV press conference, it was announced that a member would have no cost to a costume and later it was revealed that CL would have a nude scene. Well, the moment the news came out, I was like 'oh okay. I'll look forward to it.' And you may have guessed, netizens began to pour negative (mostly) comments but it was super stupid because the video was not already out and yet they judge her and say she's "trying too hard". -.-
After looking at it, I DO NOT THINK SHES TRYING TOO HARD AT ALL. It was a beautiful scene. Well, if people still cannot tell, it's like Rihanna's Stay music video. The same vibe just in a different essence in the song. Both are beautiful in their own way.

After watching the music video once, I was playing it again to screenshot scenes for this post and I had a really really hard time man! Every scene is just so beautiful that I wanted to take EVERYTHING. Trust me, I took more pictures than those I am uploading in this post.
Alright, now zooming into the song. Missing You is unlike any of their other songs, maybe it is slightly close to Lonely or It Hurts, but this is different as it focuses on a more haunted vibe with a strong piano background while the ones before are mostly on the guitar. I swear their voices can match into any kind of songs: high bass like Can't Nobody to a song like Missing You.
The members of 2NE1 are said to have cried during recording because it was just so emotional. Now listening to it, it should come as no surprise. Well, I teared up slightly. The tattoos on CL came as a little surprise but it looks awesome and I envy her because I want tattoos like that too hahaha. She looks good and suddenly I feel good about having black colour hair like her kekekeke~
Missing You is really beautiful and the music video just represents the feelings of the song so well that everything together is so touching and pristine. Really looking forward to their first stage performance for this which would be on the 22nd November as they are already in Hong Kong preparing for MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards).
