Hi hi and hi! Here I am, so tired after my first paper and envying those who officially ended their exams today. Sadly, I took the module combination with full credit units which means I have more exam-based modules boooo. Finally having some time to spare, I'm here to share about KFC's new item on the menu which is the all new Rice Bucket!
You know sometimes when they're promoting stuff especially food, they make it seem so nice on the television or posters like it's too good to be true and when you see it in real life it's an utter disappointment? Well, I thought that the rice bucket was going to be a similar case but it wasn't! The above photo is mine and it's real! They spammed the sauce omgggg. Just hungry looking at it! The Rice Bucket is SGD$4.00 by itself and you only have to top up a dollar to get a drink to come with it. Super worth it canxs! I mean worth it in terms of the portion and quality. At this cheap price, the Rice Bucket contains Popcorn Chicken, Creamy A La King sauce, Mixed veggies for a more balanced dietand Chicken rice! Omg most Singaporeans love chicken rice right? Well, I do. Basically, if people ask how big it is, it is the size of a typical head lololol. Yes, it's HUGE! And I do not mean huge like those crackers where there is so much free space in the packaging. The rice bucket has about 3/5 rice and 2/5 sauce and chicken! The closest I can say the sauce taste like would be cream of mushroom soup? And I love cream of mushroom hahaha. It's like a bucket full of my fav stuff all together to full my big tummy! I have a huge appetite but I canNOT finish this at all! The downside is that the portion is so huge and creamy that it is really easy to be sick of the taste after awhile and sometimes it just makes you not want to eat anymore, not that you're already full. What's a way to go about this? How about sharing it instead since the portion is so huge as well. If two people share one it's only like SGD$2.50 per person omgggg $.$ Besides the Creamy A La King sauce, you can opt for Popcorn Chicken, Original Recipe Sauce, Mushrooms and Chicken Rice! I tried this too because I really wanted to compare since I love mushrooms but in terms of the Rice Bucket, this is just pretty average tasting? Honestly, I would rather get a Shrooms burger because mushroom sauce and chicken rice is just erm....... a little weird I guess? Well, to me lah. I have no idea whether the Rice Bucket is a permanent item on KFC's menu but I really hope so because I crave for it almost every single time I see a picture of it. Seriously delicious! And that's all I have to blog about for today~ 2NE1 have just released their new album 'CRUSH' just two days ago on the 26th of February and I love it so much. Okay lah, gonna post about this when the music videos are out. So for now... CIAO~ ;)
