Can you imagine? It's the last day of school for my Polytechnic life? Okay, that's for me to say to myself. Anyways, there's no lessons for tomorrow which is the official last day of school so it's today! Looked forward to it? Well... not really.
Goodbye Major Project (MP)
Through all and all, I'm still glad I'm over you!
Just yesterday was the final lap for most of us,
the final presentation which was nerve wrecking
Nevertheless, my group was done in the morning
so the rest of the day was well spent enjoying the freedom
I would've never gotten through MP without
the love and support from these two baby girls!
And so glad I met this girl
Can confidently say that she is the closest I ever had
throughout my poly life
Nothing would've been the same without her!

Was my Nutrition across the Life Span (NLS) lecturer
Not every lecturer can stand our nonsense but she never minded
and even joined in with us

Taught me for 2 years for
Principles for Biochemistry and Physiology of Nutrition (PBPN)
and currently
Nutrition in Disease (ND)
(which is also the hardest module of this course hands down)
She knows so well how blur I can be and how I don't listen in her lectures
And I always ask stupid questions in class because of that
But she always answered them anyway hahahah
With the person who has seen me grow in the past 7 (coming 8) years of my life
Always grateful to this Wei Ren who has always been there
Sharing both happy and sad times with me
From Secondary classmates to CCA mates to Poly course mates!
And of course, to my caregroup, A11A3
We have all grown so much from year 1
And as I have always said: "The 3 years felt like 3 months instead"
Everyone has changed so much

Well... I had interview test in the morning
So I haven't been able to catch up on sleep... YET
Have been so impatient and I swear my skin and hair condition is the worse ever
So bad that I made a sudden decision
Let me go dye my hair
HAHAHAAH
And that was exactly what I did ;)
Back to JYJY hair salon!
Ricky was there (thank god LOL) and immediately got to work on my hair

It's my second time but I'm not scared anymore
More like excited lahhh
As I said and clearly seen in the photo
My skin condition is BAD
Well... and today proved to me once again
I can never pull off blonde hair LOL!
But actually the colour after one bleach was nice
especially with my dark base
Lol but Ricky said that I would look like a Rooster
and that I'm too easy to satisfy hahah

Actually in this photo it's kinda obvious what colour it is
I have tried dye-ing one colour (DUH)
And then with highlights twice in my life
First was purple base with red highlights when I was 17
Second was red base with ash blonde highlights just last year
Today, I took a step forward and decided on THREE colours on my head. Lololol. It was completely unintentional because the plan I had was to dye ash blonde since I have to 100% bleach my hair as the previous time I dyed jet black (due to school -.-). I mean like YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE(YOLO) right? Might as well go for blonde since I have to bleach.
Well... but I forgot all about my roots because if I do blonde, the area for my roots would be bright but the tips (that had black dye) would be dark and it would look pretty ugly right? Plus Ricky did remind me that a dark colour would suit my skintone more because I'm rather fair...
BUT, if he didn't tell me I would have gotten really ugly hair lololol. I really don't know where else can I find a better stylist. So I just ask him what he would suggest I do and he told me to go for highlights instead. So I hesitantly said "like one colour only?" hahaha cus I I'm greedy and I don't want to go back to the same ash blonde highlights again hahah. I wanted something NEW.
And... he suggested "crazy" colours like red, purple and blue. Pulling out the colour chart he told me to go for these three colours and jokingly told me to go for all three at once LOL. The best thing is, he was going to charge me the same price no matter how many colours I wanted LOL. Well, at least thats what I think he said because my Chinese is not too good hahahah. But I went with red and purple in the end! ;)

OMG how did he even know it was making me go crazy
because I've been having bad hair days for WEEKS
I swear he knows exactly what I want
Sometimes I find it scary but I should be happy about it hahah

The purple tends to stand out more I noticed
And Ricky told me it would be brighter after a few washes
LIKE WOW, it's already quite outstanding
And the colour still looks good against my skin tone :D
For the past few days I barely had enough sleep at all because of school work. So during the dye-ing process (that took around 3 hours), I was sitting there reading magazine or sleeping (most of the time lol).
You know when your hair is wet, the colour is less obvious until the hair dries? Plus my fringe was long before he cut it so it was covering my eyes as he was drying my hair. The part that shocked me was that he left a few strands of hair at my fringe parting blonde (the bleached colour) because he know I love the colour! Awwwwww
I was seriously surprised! And it was so perfect where he just added it, I LOVE IT SO MUCH! And I just noticed that I entered polytechnic with purple and red hair, I'm going to graduate with the same colours LOL!
