Hello! It has been a long long long time since my last post and well, I finally back here with my butt on the chair to post. Super excited to share about another super yummy meal I had the other day. Personally, I have this thing that I have not been able to explain about noodles. I absolutely love them and would enjoy slurping throughout the meal.
Located at Mandarin Gallery that is just a short walk away from Somerset MRT station, this place is also known to serve the BEST ramen in Singapore. Well, best? I had to give it a try and the queue was super long. After around 20 to 30 minutes I was kind of dying due to hunger but the food changed my opinion completely.
GYOZAAAAAAA! I don't know for other people out there but to me, ramen can never be enough without gyoza to go with it because it is just too yummy! What kind of magic is this!? I even ordered one plate for myself after sharing hahahaah. #greedyme

A store that specializes not only on ramen that they are most well-known for, their side dishes were absolutely delicious as well and not to be missed! By the way, the ramen I ordered is under the spicy section with pork belly. The soup wasn't spicy at all though and I tried Yanling's and hers was superb as well. Overall I love the setting inside Ippudo because it's rather well furnished with a huge chandelier in the middle of the dine hall. Too bad my phone battery was dead that day so I don't have any photos of the environment. Anyways, I'm sure there will be another trip there some day so I'll have my chance then again ;) Oh, and I haven't mention, you can select if you want your noodles to be hard or soft. It was extremely smooth with every slurp and the noodles are yummy chewy. Totally suited our tastes. AND THE GYOZA was from another planet good. I will be back for more one day. Not only the best ramen, but also the best gyoza in Singapore to me. Hope to be back soon for more yummies!
