So today's post is gonna be something I have not touched in a long time which is about Fashion/Beauty! I think the last post was the one with the SK-II Magic Ring which was a long time ago.
As probably alot of people close to me would know, I don't put makeup on very often simply because I am very lazy to remove everything when I get home. I only focus mainly on my base (primer & BB cushion) and eyes (eyeshadow and eyeliner) but from some time back, I decided to venture into something new: the lips.
Back then with no lip products used at all Lips slightly shiny because of my saliva hahaha
It was a big start for me and I did have some troubles simply because my lips are really small. I used to wear only nude lipstick from ANNASUI (awesome lipsticks no doubt) but I really hate the fact that after you eat or drink, the colour drops slightly and you have to touch up. Again, and again... In addition, I have a really bad habit of licking my lips when I feel that they are dry. Sadly the thing about this bad habit is that it will result in the area being more dry.
One day Yanling introduced some lip products that her friend is currently selling and there was something she said that caught my attention. She said the colour of the lip creams are so ever lasting that it stays even after she ate tau huay (soy beancurd). Whattttttt? Honestly I was skeptical in the beginning but I decided to give it a try because Pucker's products are so affordable. It wouldn't hurt right?
Just before Pucker was introduced to me, I was trying out VDL's Triple Shot in peach. Super unique and pretty Korean-like gradient for your lips but it costed SGD$24. Its a pretty average price for beauty products in Singapore but fussy me always wants cheaper products if I can (of course with quality!) so Pucker really attracted me!
I decided to start with a bold colour because I've always liked the whole smoky with red lipstick concept even though people always say its too mature for my age. Ultimately, I chose a bright red with a hint of pink lip cream also known as BAR-THA-LONA.
AMAZING. Thats the word to use.
As promised, the colour is everlasting and it smells really good! I went on to purchase 4 more products within a week from Pucker at 10% discount overall!

So how lasting is it? It managed to survive a bowl of laksa and the tom yum steamboat I enjoyed so much for my mom's birthday. Even when I forget about it and lick my lips, it still lasts really well!

For the first lip cream I purchased, I requested for Yanling to help me collect from the owner, whom is her friend, to save any delivery trouble. But when it came to the second batch of items I ordered, Pucker managed to send them IN PERSON at my DOORSTEP just the following night after I placed my order! I can tell she is super devoted to what shes doing because even the products came in a pretty box all arranged nicely. That's some real effort put right there!

As I mentioned, I am lazy. I do love the lip creams but I wanted something I can apply on a daily basis especially when I head out to work. Maybe it's just me but I feel that it's weird to only apply only lip make up for the day. So I decided to go for something more toned down which is a lip tint. I bought this under Yanling's recommendation and I love it so much!
Crazy Rumors HibisKiss gives a natural but gorgeous glow and its really moisturizing! Normally I'm really fussy about my lips but I do not mind this product at all. It also smells really good. Btw, the colour I got is Coral.
Lately I've been more into skincare and other products to improve the condition of my skin etc. Gotta admit that my skin condition isn't as good as before. Since I'm gonna start on lip products, of course I'll be concerned for my lip condition. Hence I decided to grab one of their Sugar Lip Scrub as this product has quite a few good reviews on it.
The results really impressed me as my lips feel much smoother now and that also helps when I'm applying their lip products. Plus it's super worth for its price!
I've been digging for Make-up Forever's finishing but when I saw Pucker had this, I knew I had to get it!
Not only lip products, Pucker expands to more varieties of makeup like eyeliners, eyeshadows etc! I'm dying to try them out too but I'm trying to get myself to finish those I have in hand first before I get greedy to try new ones.
