keep going with my journey to a healthier lifestyle
I have turned to my long-dead Dayre account to keep track on my progress. In the midst of my busy school schedule, I don't want to keep thinking and recapping on my workouts and my cheat day every week. And I don't really want to flood my blog with all the workout stuff that happens quite a few days a week. I figured that Dayre will be a good platform to do so.
